Put quite simply.
Through many years of dedication, not giving up and never taking her training for granted and of course always striving to improve her skill set and fighting fitness.
Incorporating the principles and a lot more.
Not making excuses when she has just come of a 12 hour night shift at the hospital.
Catching up a on a few hours sleep and coming along to training, running the admin for students in both classes and then getting on with Combat Self Defence and Filipino Kyusho training herself.
Character building stuff as you can imagine.
Thank you to Grandmaster Angelo who ran three fantastic Filipino Kyusho training seminars whilst he was here and assessed and promoted Sensei Patricia to 6th Dan after she spent 6 years as a 5th Dan.
GM Angelo and Jenny have returned safely to England and he is preparing for his next seminar in France at the end of the week.
We look forward to seeing them both again in the not too distant future.
It’s going to be more character building and higher skill set self defence training not only in my classes but also on my specialized course this weekend.
The second of my Deadly Dolphin self defence courses, a self protection tool that can be used as a weapon and carried on your key ring.
I will be covering a lot of info and practice incorporating training principles like pressure point targeting, distancing, positioning and intent.
My course is open to the public as well as my students and their families.
