Get Skills for Life & Skills for Success
Combat Self Defence, martial arts & bodyweight conditioning classes in Noosa build strength, agility & character and they are fun as well.
Our training provides children with goal setting skills & lifelong habits that will help them to stay safe from the threat of bullies & shows them how to be a success in all areas of their lives.
We instill self-discipline, positive & inspirational lead by example self defence training that builds a very high sense of self worth in all of our Combat Self Defence students.
Shihan Martin Day 7th Dan along with Sensei Patricia 5th Dan & his senior coaches are present in every class to assist the children in gaining a life skill set that will set them up for life.
It’s not just the physical side of training that we focus on and which they are going to excel in, it’s more than that. It’s also about honing their subconscious thought processes to deal with all types of situations they may be confronted with.
Teamwork, leadership and looking out for each other in and out of training are a major part of all of our classes.
They will learn respect, get super fit & super skilled, fast & powerful and make friends for life.
We show them how to have a positive attitude about themselves & their future & we help them to grow up safely and respect their family and friends.
We guarantee that our self defence & martial arts training for kids in Noosa is the best you can find.
